At brandhouse we determine the future we want to create in all aspects of our business, and then make it happen, together as a team. We work incredibly hard to get to where we want to be, and the results we achieve are testimony to the amazing people we employ and their genuine commitment to brandhouse.

Our Values

Every person within the company is valued for their unique contribution and to this end, we devote a huge amount of time and attention to the relationships between our leaders and our people.

Another demonstration of our values is our Spirit of brandhouse Awards, in which employees can nominate and vote employees who embody the true spirit and values of brandhouse, in particular "valuing each other". In a process driven by the VEO Team, it is another example of giving our employees the freedom to inspire and succeed in whatever they are doing at brandhouse.

Responsible Drinking

We also place enormous importance on responsible drinking within our business. All our employees are taken through various programmes that enable and empower them to make the right choices around alcohol consumption. All employees sign a comprehensive alcohol policy that includes requirements around alcohol and the workplace, alcohol related offences outside of work as well as a no tolerance approach to drink-driving.
